POMEROY TO RECORD 6TH ALBUM "LIVE" AT CROSSTOWN STATION, WEDNESDAY NOV 26

After nearly 11 years of writing, recording and touring Kansas City's own Pomeroy will record its 6th album, live on Nov 26 at Crosstown Station in Kansas City. The album will contain selections from a set of over 30 Pomeroy originals that span the band's entire history. Pomeroy will play fan favorites from all 5 previous releases and package them together as the last recording with its current line up. Tyson Leslie, (keys/guitars/vocals) will be playing his last Kansas City show with Pomeroy. After six years with the band Tyson has grown to be an integral part of Pomeroy. This farewell show and album will be a tribute to all the fans he touched. Pomeroy is currently auditioning for a new keyboard player.

For over a decade Pomeroy has made its living from the stage. Pomeroy's live show has long been heralded as its most impressive attribute and fans and critics agree to hear Pomeroy live is to truly experience them. The countless requests for a live album have been heard and now Pomeroy will oblige with a comprehensive chronology of every fan favorite. RedGorilla Music Fest (RGMF) has made a name for itself as the cool rebel showcase in Austin, TX every March. With over 300 artists playing on ten stages, RedGorilla Music has decided to expand its event to five new U.S. markets this fall/winter. RedGorilla Music Fest has partnered with NOTeNEF Promotions by showcasing several artists in each market who will be performing at the festival in Austin next March.

During each performance the artists' fans will vote on their favorite act to secure the winning performer's prime time slot on the Road to RedGorilla stage in Austin as well as being featured in the RedGorilla Music Fest program guide. Following the performances, artists will move to an online vote competing for a spot on the RedGorilla Music Fest compilation CD which has 1,000 hard copies pressed and 5,000 download cards distributed at the festival. The artist with the most votes collectively will appear within the first five tracks of the compilation. ($500 value)

Summary: The artist with the most votes will be guaranteed a prime time-slot in Austin performing between 8pm-Midnight (40 minute set) The artist with the most votes will also be featured in our RedGorilla Program guide (full-color, minimum 5000 printed and dispersed in Austin)

Following the show there is an online vote for all participating bands in each market. The artist with the most votes collectively will receive a spot on our RedGorilla compilation cd (1000 hard copies printed, 5000 download cards, $500 value)
